Meet our Shortlisting Committee

Groundswell
September 22, 2026

At Groundswell, decisions about where funding flows aren’t made by one person or behind closed doors.

Our Shortlisting Committee brings together people with deep expertise across climate, community organising, philanthropy and systems change, alongside members of our giving community. Together, they review applications, bring different perspectives to the table and help identify the projects that will go forward to the wider Groundswell community for a vote.

It’s one of the ways we combine expert insight with collective decision-making and bring more people into the process of deciding where resources can have the greatest impact.
