Tomorrow Movement
An unstoppable movement of young people fighting for a society with good jobs, great public services and a safe climate for all.
This grant supported Tomorrow Movement to build public and political support for ambitious climate justice solutions that connect climate action with jobs, housing and cost-of-living pressures. The funding helped organise young people in key electorates, support strategic mobilisations around major political moments, and strengthen relationships with MPs. It also supported Tomorrow Movement’s role in a broader coalition of climate, union and racial justice organisations working to build momentum for a major federal climate solutions package.
This grant supported Tomorrow Movement to build public and political support for its Climate Jobs Guarantee, connecting climate action with secure jobs, housing and stronger communities. The funding helped local teams organise in their communities, train young people in campaign and organising skills, and build relationships with MPs and Senators. The work also helped advance plans for a Senate Inquiry into the links between climate, jobs and housing, while growing a stronger youth-led movement for ambitious climate action.
